Restoring wellness and balance
within individuals and businesses

Meet Ryan -
from "Mad Men" to "Mad Zen"

With nearly 20 years experience in the New York City advertising industry, Ryan was on the path of the so-called "Mad Men" working 80+ hour weeks, battling an alcohol addiction, suicidal ideation, depression, anxiety, struggling to find purpose, and suffering through life.

This dark-night-of-the-soul led Ryan to an incredible breakthrough and spiritual awakening, working with spiritual teachers and healers who helped Ryan process unresolved trauma and shift perspectives from desperation to hope and from surviving to thriving.

Ryan strongly believes everyone deserves to live their highest potential and that moments of suffering - whether its an individual or an organization, are calls for healing and greatness.

In the business world, "Madison Avenue" represents advertising, marketing, and what comes with it - the constant external pursuit of the material to make us feel better. But with climate change, social injustice, accelerated worker burnout, disinformation, and constant crisis after crisis, we don't need any more data to show us this way of life isn't working.

I strongly believe individual awakening and consciousness will bring about the change we need. In my years at ad agencies, I always marveled at the talent I worked with. The common notion was that advertising and marketing people were so inventive, that their collective ingenuity could solve major, real problems (if only they were directed to do so). And so, after all my experience personally and professionally, my intention is to be a part of healing the industry I love dearly.

"Madizen Avenue" is the ideal I wish to create for individuals and businesses within advertising and marketing. Where our innate spiritual and conscious selves are brought into balance with the material world. Where creative talent can be deployed to solve the world most pressing challenges. Where the "Mad Men" become marketers of consciousness, humanitarian values, and aspirations, living truly and fully, Mad Zen.

"Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, 'Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?' Actually, who are you not to be?"
